Collection and use of personal data
In accordance with the provisions of art. 7 D. Decree 196/2003, the Association collects sensitive data only after express consent of site visitors (hereinafter "Users").
The treatment done on personal data provided may include, just for merely illustrative purposes, the following activities: collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, communication, cancellation and destruction.
The goals of treatment are solely those of being able to deliver the services proposed and to ensure the necessary management.
The information will be collected through registration forms, which must be fill out also digitally, by the Association, which will store the data as indicated by the provisions of the law in force.
According to art.11 D. Decree 196/2003 personal data undergoing processing shall be:
a) processed lawfully and fairly;
b) collected and recorded for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and used in other operations exclusively compatible with those purposes;
c) accurate and updated if necessary;
d) adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the purposes for which they are collected and processed;
e) kept in a form which permits identification of data for a period of time no longer than necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and treated.
The Association requires consent by the use of data for purposes other than those mentioned above, such as sending advertising material, the sending of commercial information, inclusion in newsletter services, development of market research and / or statistics.
Security of data transmission
The Association, consistent with its social purpose and with the absence of profit, which sets it apart, put in place the necessary measures to protect the confidentiality and ensure the security of the information provided by the Users. These measures, adopted pursuant to art. 33 D. Decree 196/2003, are designed to protect both paper and digital documents, while not taking, the Association, any liability in the event of disclosure and / or fraudulent subtraction.

The interested parties have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data, pertinent for collection purposes;
b) the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
How to exercise the rights
The rights indicated by art. 7 D. Decree 196/2003 can be exercised by making a request to the owner or manager. The Association is committed to providing appropriate feedback without delay to requests that are to be drawn.

According to the Legislative Decree 196/2003, we inform you that the owner and the person responsible for the processing of personal data is the legal representative of the Association.

The Association is a non-profit legal entity, which seeks solely for social, culture and diffusion of arts and thoughts.
